About the Event
This is a fun and exciting trip for the middle school band.
The students will depart LMS at 8:00am for New Braunfels High School where our students compete in a band contest.
11:20 - Beginning Band performs
11:45 - Symphonic Band performs
12:10 - Wind Ensemble performs
Then we will get back on the buses and depart for Schlitterbahn at 12:30 where we will immediately head to the picnic pavilion for a catered lunch. After lunch everyone is free to enjoy the park until 5:30 when it is time to head back to the picnic pavilion for Awards.
We will depart Schlitterbahn at approximately 7:30pm and arrive back at LMS at approximately 9:30-10pm.
Be sure to bring the following items:
2018-2019 LMS band shirt (wear this in the morning. It's ok to wear your swimsuit underneath)
Sun Screen!
Towel
Money for dinner - lunch is provided but dinner is not
Money for a locker - you can share a locker with another student(s). Locker rentals const $12-$16
Water Proof container for money/personal items.
**Chaperones/Directors will not be responsible for watching students personal items, replacing lost money, etc..
